Our Services

We provide a diverse range of environmental assessments focusing on environmental impact assessment (EIA),  environmental site assessment (ESA), environmental geology (subsurface investigation), environmental radiation (NORM/TENORM), site remediation and monitoring, management of construction waste and scheduled wastes (SW), training program, and environmental audit.

Our environmental practitioners are familiar with the current environmental rules and requirements, and aware of the relevant standards and guidelines to help our clients in complying with the regulatory requirements.

Our practitioners are actively participating in environmental assessments associated with radioactive materials and scheduled wastes for new industrial activity, decommissioning and decontamination (D&D) of industrial sites, and site remediation and monitoring of contaminated site. We also provide ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) consultancy and training program. Read more: Projects

Our practitioners are experienced and having knowledge in preparing terms of reference (TOR) and conducting an environmental impact assessment (EIA) focused on activities related to scheduled wastes and radioactive materials and, non-ferrous metal smelting, and plastic waste recycling and recovery. We collaborate with DOE-Registered Consultants and Subject Consultants to conduct the EIA study and other assessments for prescribed premises (PYDT):

  • Scheduled Wastes
  • Radioactive Materials
  • Non-ferrous Metal Smelting

We also provide Post-EIA support service including:

  • Written Notification and Permit Application
  • Environmental Management Plan
  • Environmental Monitoring and Reporting

Our practitioners are experienced in the collection of site-specific data and information with safety and quality conscious. Using available data and information, we can help our clients to evaluate and understand the associated risks and prepare for site assessments. As a result, we can help our clients to develop mitigation measures and remediation option plan, and monitoring procedures to restore the contaminated land and safe closure of the industrial sites.

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
  • Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
  • Site Investigation and Waste Characterization Study
  • Decommissioning and Decontamination Plan
  • Industrial Site Entry and Site Closure Assessment

Our practitioners are IGM-Registered Environmental Geologists having combined experience in subsurface investigation, and soil and groundwater assessment. The knowledge and skills provide added-values in assessing the site conditions and contaminants present in soil and groundwater.  Our practitioners can provide consultancy and technical support services on:

  • Soil and Groundwater Assessment
  • Contamination Evaluation
  • Installation of Groundwater Monitoring Wells
  • Subsurface Investigation
  • Geotechnical Study on Landfill Design
  • Sediment and Erosion Controls

Our practitioners are AELB-Certified Professionals having combined experience in environmental radiation (NORM/TENORM) and subsurface study for the construction of landfill disposal site.  Specific site investigations are required to fulfill the requirements of environmental and radiological parameters including review of disposal cell layers and leachate study of heavy metals and radionuclides into the environment. Our practitioners can provide consultancy and technical support services on:

  • Review of Designing Layers and Disposal Cells
  • Airborne Contamination Evaluation
  • Radionuclides Leachate Study
  • Waste Water and Stormwater Management

Our practitioners experienced in preparing for remediation and site closure plans and procedures. We can provide technical support on decommissioning and decontamination of rare earth facilities and scheduled waste recovery plant including soil remediation, soil and groundwater monitoring, restoration of the industrial site. Currently, we are actively supporting our clients in designing a remediation plan and monitoring program prior to site closure.

  • Remediation Option Plan
  • Monitoring During and Post-Remediation
  • Remediation Training
  • Regulatory Engagement and Reporting

Our practitioners experienced conducting environmental audits particularly for licensed prescribed premise (PYDT) associated with the handling of scheduled wastes and NORM residue.

We can provide consultancy and awareness training on the management and handling of construction waste and solid wastes.

  • Management of Construction Wastes
  • Management of Solid Waste
  • Awareness Training

We provide ISO 14001:2015 EMS consultancy and training, including:

  • ISO gap analysis
  • Development and implementation of  ISO 14001:2015 EMS
  • Training program
  • Post-Compliance Audit support for development of corrective action
  • Scheduled waste management
  • Construction waste management
  • Radioactive waste management
