Razali Harun, P.Tech.

Razali Harun is a Principal Consultant/Director with a combined 25 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS) focusing on environmental assessments, radiological assessments, occupational safety and health management, contaminated land and groundwater assessment, environmental remediation, and quality systems.  He is a registered professional with MBOT, AELB, and DOE, and being the Orang Bertanggungjawab Terhadap Lesen (OBTL) under AELB Class H License (LPTA/A/3264). He has extensive experience in environmental- and radiological-related projects: 2015-present (site assessments focusing on naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM) and schedules wastes, recycling and upcycling of waste materials, decommissioning and decontamination and site remediation); 2010-2017 (construction of the first waste Repository in Malaysia for the final disposal of NORM residue); 2003-2006 (decommissioning and decontamination of the former monazite and xenotime processing plant); and 1995-2003 (NORM inspection and medical physics). He leads multiple projects associated with radiological assessments, environmental assessments, site investigation, consultation with federal/state authorities, training, and audits. He is an active member of the Malaysian Nuclear Society (MNS), Malaysia Radiation Protection Association (MARPA), Environmental Management & Research Association of Malaysia (ENSEARCH), and a volunteered Environmental Assessor of the Prime Minister’s Hibiscus Award (PMHA) under the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MICCI).

Mohd Taha Hj. Suja’

Mohd Taha Hj. Suja’ is an AELB-Certified Radiation Protection Consultant with more than 22 years of experience focused on the management of naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM) and Medical Physics Quality Assurance (QA).  He specializes in radiation inspection and decontamination services related to NORM residue, commissioning and QA testing on medical radiology and x-ray room, shielding design, and calculation related to medical radiology facility consulting on AELB permitting and licensing and leak testing on the sealed radioactive source. He has extensive experience in different environmental conditions including onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, mineral processing factories, and private and government hospitals and clinics.

Lee Kim Yik, P. Geol.

Lee Kim Yik is an IGM-Registered Environmental Geologist with more than 17 years of experience focused on environmental site assessments (Phase I and Phase II ESA), geotechnical assessments on landfills and NORM disposal site, remediation and restoration of contaminated land and monitoring plan, environmental due diligence (EDD), and civil construction quality assurance (CQA). He has extensive experience in geo-technical study and design of NORM landfill, soil and groundwater investigation, indoor air quality, waste characterization, leachate study, and erosion and sediment control, and monitoring.

Education: B.Sc. (Hons.) (Geophysics).

Kong Wai Loon, P. Geol.

Kong Wai Loon is an IGM-Registered Environmental Geologist with more than 17 years of experience focused on environmental site assessments (Phase I and Phase II ESA), geotechnical assessment on new landfills and disposal sites, third-party evaluation on environmental, health and safety (EHS), and laboratory quality assurance (LQA). He has extensive experience in site assessments and radiological and environmental management for the disposal facility of NORM residue projects, wastewater treatment operations and performance monitoring and, erosion and sediment control, and monitoring.

Harold M. Hedge Jr.

Harold Hedge is a Health Physicist with more than 30 years of experience focused on the evaluation of radiation protection programs, health physics services, radiochemistry laboratory and quality assurance (LQA). He has worked at commercial and navy reactors, Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site, and facilities including nuclear submarines, nuclear power generation, and other related services. He has extensive experience in decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) services (Malaysia projects, 2004-2014), environmental remediation related to NORM contamination, radiological laboratory operation (gamma spectroscopy, and alpha-beta counters), personal dosimetry, portable radiological instruments, and training.

Registration & Certification: National Registry of Radiation Protection Technologists (NRRPT), USA, Registered Radiation Protection Technologist (RRPT, valid-2021).

Farhanah Ahmad Shah 

Farhanah Ahmad Shah is a Management Systems Consultant with a combine 25 years of experience in Industrial and Management systems. She started as an Engineer in Lafarge Cement, before joining SIRIM QAS International as Certification Auditor, and her last position was Environmental Manager in Lafarge Malaysia.  These intensive interests and experience in technical ground and management systems provide an excellent background as a founder of her consulting company which provides environmental and quality management services including consulting, training, and auditing.

Education: M.Eng. (Health, Safety, and Environment), B.Eng. (Chemical Engineering) and Dip. (Applied Science).

Registration & Certification: Registered Member with the Board of Engineer (BEM); and ISO-Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015).
